agree with A on this one - practice is what you need. i think what prolly scared you was the concept of hard braking into a turn (doesn't work well - you have to return to more vertical position before you can safely brake). braking (slowing, not stopping) in a turn is kind of a 'touch thing' - with some practice you'll develop it just fine. t..
